The cottage sleeps four people in one double bedroom, a room with bunk beds, and shower room with a separate WC. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with French doors. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture. Situated in the Heart of England, Orchard View is a lovely family cottage, all year round. Use of orchard and field with swing and climbing frame next to lodge, for games and exercising dogs. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Due to rural location, WiFi connection can be unpredictable. Note: Although all ground floor, the property isn't suitable for wheelchair users. There is also a short walk from the parking area to a set of 5 steps leading on to the patio which leads up to the cottage.
